Life's ironic like that. I remember someone saying this to me.
"The blondes dye their hair black, whereas people like us dye our hair blonde. People with wavy hair rebond their hair every year when people with straight hair go to the trouble of perming their hair."
It struck me. I mean, I always knew people had all these expectations of their features but it just really didnt register until she said that to me.
Now now, I have one more sentence to add on. "People who seriously need braces are not going for it whereas people who do not need it are actually going for it."
Thats one. Haha. I guess that applies to me. I need braces. I really do. But I just cant get the courage to do so. Firstly, its the pain. :( Who would want to pay for something to make themselves wither in pain? Then again, as the cliche saying goes "no pain, no gain." And I always believe that beauty comes with pain. But I just cant be bothered to check out the orthodontists and their rates.
Secondly, I dont really like the thought of draining my bank account. I mean, I dont want to get money from my parents to do something which is a want and not a need. So perhaps I should work more and save more before I indulge in these money intensive activities.

YAY! Tomorrow I'll be going swimming! And then I'll get to see Belle. I miss her so so so much. Its a really good thing that her skin is getting better already. Peeling skin is not fun at all! Poor girl.
