This is sooooooooooooooooooo correct. Have you realised how he always does that in the middle of the song? HAHAHA.
---------------------------------------------
Hello babies! Its Wednesday and I have not got anything done at all, much as I claim to want to start. My self discipline is diminishing with age. People get more disciplined as they grow older whereas for me, its totally over in the opposite direction.
So disgusted with myself. As for now, its 5pm. I still have not got started on anything. Bless me. And whats the best part? I am holding on to this whole bottle/can/box/container of chocolates and are munching on them like there's no tomorrow.
Hurhur. My efforts in running yesterday has gone to waste. Tsk. Oh, by the way, I like chocolates with raisins inside in comparison to nuts. What about you?
Anyway, things have not been going very well with W. I guess its cause of me. It has always been me.
Alright, enough said. To another topic, on Perfection.
I was picking out a chocolate from the container and I realised, I picked the one which is out of shape instead of the one which is round like all the others. Interesting thought.
What does perfection mean to you? Would you rather be perfect? Or be flawed?
How do we define perfection? Character perfection, facial features perfection, academic perfection, family perfection, boyfriend perfection, the list is endless.
We spend our life searching for perfection only to realise that, perfection does not exist. Perfection is what all of us want to attain, what with all the tummy tucks, liposuction, botox. What is all that for? Ain't it simply to draw themselves nearer to the ultimate perfection?
In the perfect world, we'd all be perfect. We'd all have everything we want. We'd have the best partners. But then, what would set all of us apart? All of us would look like barbies, Megan Fox, Etc.
We'd all be the same. We'd all have the same traits. We'd have all the right things and none of the wrong. We'd have all the plus and none of the minus. Everyone would have the same proportions for their face since adhering to the golden ratio makes you more beautiful, apparently.
Essentially, at that point of time, it does not matter who you get married to already since everyone is technically, the SAME.
Now, doesn't having flaws and differences sound so much better to have already? Even if you don't want to embrace it, yeah sure. You just have to know, that this is not the perfect world. For if it is, then this situation would happen:
I am not saying it is not possible in the current world, but look at the world objectively. How many of you would stop to help a blind man cross the road? How many of you would approach an old lady to help to carry her groceries? Sad to say, I probably won't too.
This world has been tainted. What with all the fake blind people around who just want to take advantage of people. It is no wonder why people don't want to help anyone anymore.
But we have to remember, no one and nothing is perfect. Thats the reason why everything has to be improved.
From the 1st gen iphone to the current iphone 4.
Perfection is fragile.
There is no further description for it other than the simple quote above.
Once you break your perfect image, you become imperfect. Why do we even want to try?
I am not saying you should be that ugly, smelly, stupid person filled with attitude problems. You should try to improve yourself, but not to the extent of wanting perfection.
Your freckles and moles are what makes you YOU.
Alright, end of post. Took sooooo long to write this.
xoxo
