Ohaiyo! Its been so long since I last had such a long sleep and felt so good after that. Recently, it has been the same old routine of dragging myself out of bed very reluctantly. :(
Shall revert to sleeping early already. Do you know that I used to sleep at 10pm sharp when I was younger? Bet you didn't. But well, studies have shown that sleeping earlier is beneficiatl to us!
