Daphne Guinness, London-based glamourpuss, has launched an eponymous new perfume in collaboration with Comme des Garçons. “I’ve been mixing my own fragrances forever,” she says. “This one is a mixture of memories.” The scent is “sultry and mysterious yet serious, straightforward and rather old-fashioned,”a blend of exotic ingredients like bitter orange, incense, saffron, oud, jasmine and her favorite flower — tuberose — which she gathered by the armful when she was growing up. A limited edition of 500 bottles of “Daphne” (US$140) will be available September 18 at Barneys New York and Comme des Garçons boutiques.

This looks good to me.
