♥ Last day of holidays (Friday, October 15, 2010 / 11:29 PM)
How did you spend your holidays? My holiday practically whizzed past without me knowing. Yes, it was
THAT fast. All I remember was:
- I had so many tests,
- had my last MYOB test,
- I worked,
- I went out with JR,
- I quarreled with WH,
- I made up with WH,
- I planned for FYP,
- I met the client,
- I did the scope,
- I did my resume,
- I went for my itp interview.
Seriously, last night was a mad rush for everything I need for my interview. Resume not done, had to do it from scratch without any prior experience writing it or any classes since Professional Preparation would only be in my next semester. You have no idea how lousy I felt. And also, how embarrassing I felt when I passed my CV to the person-in-charge there today. It felt so inadequate, and not to mention, unprofessional.
Actually I said all these in
twitter already. So what does this mean? FOLLOW!
Anyway, FYP hasn't been exactly smooth sailing. Yes, "when life gives you lemons, make lemonade" feels totally apt right then. Lots of miscommunication between team members, between lecturers, angst, embarrassing moments, hair tearing moments and not to mention, mind blank moments.
Of course, as always, things manage to work (themselves) out at the end of the day. 船到桥头自然直 My group fervently believes in this so much so that we wanted to make it our group name. Loserish. I know. But that was what kept me going through that few days. I couldn't sleep, felt so damn depressed because the deadline was reaching in like what? 5 days? And we do not even have a company to begin with. Screwed up to the max.
I was going to rant about my results, but I realised I have talked about it in my previous post. Save you from the ranting. Teeehehe.
On a random note, know what keeps me going now? November 11. I can't wait for November to come! :D Know why? Try guessing!
Anyway I don't really update my blog so often now.
